Her concert piece\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/kate-douglas.com\/projects\/menagerie\">The Imaginary Menagerie<\/a>\u00a0has headlined at Joe\u2019s Pub and recently completed a 2013 residency at\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/pages\/Manderley-Bar-at-The-McKittrick-Hotel\/254217791262537\">The McKittrick Hotel<\/a>. The next chapter of The Imaginary Menagerie,\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/imaginarymenagerie.com\/arsnova.html\">The Death of Katherine Hayes<\/a>, was performed at in June 2013 at\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/arsnovanyc.com\/antfest\/lineup\/the-imaginary-menagerie\/\">Ars Nova\u2019s ANT Festival<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Kate has been awarded the National Society of Arts and Letters\u2019s Lavinia Kohl Award for Excellence in Literature and the NJ Young Playwrights Award for her short play\u00a0<em>Treading Water<\/em>.
